Paul Marks is an artist with a lifetime’s experience making mosaics, having been taught by his father as a child.

Between 1980 - 1995 he worked within his family business in the construction industry specialising in ceramic tiling and mosaics. He completed his first public mosaic commission in 1992 and set up his first studio in Kent in 1995. In 1999 he moved to Deptford in south east London where he still works and lives.

He provides a range of services for the design and fabrication of mosaics for residential and commercial projects in the UK and overseas. He works closely with clients advising on design concepts, material applications, and with contractors on installation methods. All fabrication work is carried out in his Deptford studio.
